because she is one of the best
speech therapists around. As a
speech language pathologist myself, Susie has expert knowledge, years of experience, and amazing rapport with children. I highly recommend her to anyone.”
“Our child loves his
sessions because it allows
him to learn new language
skills in a fun and effective way. We look forward to our ‘play dates’ every week.”
“I am so grateful I was
referred to Seasons! Our
toddler was immediately comfortable and engaged and loves discovering special toys & games. I’m in awe every week hearing new words and sounds emerge!”
I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (CASDCS) and also hold certifications in Integrated Listening Strategies (ILS), Astronaut Training, and Reflex Integration Through Play (RITP). I am excited to bring my vast knowledge of sensory processing and reflex integration to the Seasons Therapy Group community.
In my spare time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with my dog, family, and friends.
I am very excited to join the Seasons Therapy Group team as an Occupational Therapist. I am passionate about helping children utilizing a holistic and play based approach to therapy. I have a lot of experience working with kids of varying diagnoses utilizing the many certifications I have received over the last 4 years of being a therapist.
My journey in speech-language pathology began with supporting communication and socialization for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I've recently transitioned from an outpatient pediatric role, where I gained valuable experience in a variety of areas including articulation, speech and language development, AAC, social skills and feeding therapy. My deep passion for working with children has remained constant.
My approach is evidence-based and focuses on creating a nurturing, supportive environment where children and their caregivers can thrive. I am dedicated to family-centered, child-led interventions and strive to craft individualized treatment plans that are both functional and meaningful, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for the entire family.
I am thrilled to join the Seasons Therapy Group team as a speech-language pathologist! As a Hinsdale native and proud Central alum (Go Red Devils!), it’s exciting to come back to serve the community I know and love.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I specialize in assessing and treating the developmental and musculoskeletal needs of kids from infancy to high school. I have a deep passion for working with children and my approach is centered on creating personalized care plans that align with each child’s unique interests and therapeutic needs. I believe in a play-based, therapeutic philosophy that fosters a supportive and positive environment and helps every child reach their full potential. My previous experience in sports medicine is also something I want to incorporate in the future at Seasons.
Hello, Seasons Therapy Group community - I’m excited to introduce myself as a physical therapist here at Seasons! I was born and raised here, enjoying the nearby forest preserves and the convenient retreats to Chicago. When I’m not busy working with kids, you can find me running, backpacking or training my energetic dog, Gus.
I began my career in a large pediatric hospital and was able to grow my skills on a multidisciplinary team of OTs, PTs and psychologists. Transitioning to a public charter school setting, I gained experience working with IEPs and all the accompanying rules and regulations. I also spent 11 years of my career teaching at San Diego State University; working as a clinical instructor there allowed me to learn the balance of “practice what you preach,” guiding graduate students in speech-language pathology as I worked in local schools (both public and private) and ran my own private practice.
Bringing Seasons Therapy Group to Hinsdale - the community in which I was raised - is a dream come true! The goal of our multidisciplinary team is to make a difference in our patients’ lives through evidence-based, neurodivergent-friendly practices while giving parents and caregivers direct training to facilitate success at home. We look forward to working with you!
Welcome to Seasons Therapy Group! I'm a speech-language pathologist with two decades of experience working with children across a wide variety of settings. After 17 years living and working in Southern California, my family and I relocated back to Hinsdale where we are thrilled to be enjoying the seasons in all their glory once again!
